Leading beyond 2026 (The Age of Aquarius)

We’ve spent so long breaking through ceilings and proving we belong in the room. But what happens when we stop looking at leadership through the old mirror?

We’re leading our teams and homes at a time where the ground keeps shifting and the targets are changing rapidly. AI and automation are reshaping the way we work faster than any of us can keep up with, while the old model of leadership still asks you to be constantly available, endlessly certain, and somehow carry it all alone.

Here's what I’ve grown (and healed) to believe:

  1. The more automated our world becomes, the more human our leadership needs to be. That's what this new era is asking of us. Not more hustle, but more rhythm.

  2. Spaces where people can do their best work and feel supported require us to move with the heartbeat of earth seasons instead of against them in static fiscal years.

  3. We have to cultivate intentional containers where people can serve their highest work, be supported, and drench ourselves with rhythmic intent that moves with the seasons.

Which means that we have to first carve that container for ourselves.

What keeps my fire lit….

Here are the four guiding touchstones my work, vision, and future offerings I’m building behind the scenes. My values are rooted in my healing journey and calling to support women in recovering their own fire.

  • Reciprocity requires trust. We exchange for mutual benefit - and we all f**king rise. I will give before I expect to receive, which is how I’ve learned the hard way to only give where my values are fully aligned.

  • Leadership comes with honest illumination. Ideas, strategy, and key performance indicator success require bringing shadows, toxic pockets, and bad habits into full clarity.

  • I believe in community. Shared resources and aligned values. The vision of Eden was bounty for all and expansive tables and I hold that vision of feast in my heart.

  • Growing up in the Deep South, “a daily devotion” was standard religious practice. I’ve revisited the tenant and cultivated it into a deep commitment. A team, the vision, and the collective cause.

I’m a Special Operations Army Veteran and ready to kick off my Corporate heels after 20 years of management experience and 15 in critical operations.

I’m a healing leader taking up a softer form and sharing the messy parts as I create from my nest here in the Pacific Northwest.

My Opsboss mentality with ritual intention is breathing life into writings, retreats, and an online community that support dulled, muted, and overspent women in leadership.
